About Matthew Avruch
Matthew E. Avruch is the principal founder and Managing Partner of MRM Capital Holdings, Inc. brings a wealth of experience to the firm. With over 40+ years of Wall Street, Corporate and entrepreneurial success in the real estate and financial services industry, his background includes raising capital for commercial and residential real estate projects, both locally and nationally, through a variety of public offerings, syndications and private placements.
Matthew also works extensively in both Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Based Financing, and specializes in real estate investment and acquisitions, workout and distressed debt acquisitions and financings, mezzanine and bridge capital, business development, and PIPE transactions (Private Investment in Public Entities). Matthew has worked with many of the leading institutions and hedge funds, and has overseen and directed numerous real estate investment, merger and acquisition transactions during his career. Before he founded MRM Capital Holdings, Matthew worked with several top-tier Wall Street Investment Banking Firms and developed strategic relationships with many institutional and high-net worth investors for over 40+ years. Through his diversified and broad experience in a wide variety of investment areas and finance, Matthew has successfully developed a wide network of top-tier professionals and investors to help facilitate specific client needs and objectives.
A graduate of Suffolk University and Dean College in the Boston area of Massachusetts, as well as attending Harvard University Graduate School of Design; Matthew received degrees in Business, Marketing and Finance.
Matthew served on the Southern California Board of Directors of the Arthritis Foundation from 1992-1998; and is actively involved in philanthropic activities for several local charities and colleges.
In addition to his role as Managing Partner MRM Capital Holdings, Matthew has either control investments or minority interest in a number of privately held companies and partnerships. He has also been actively involved in the ownership, management and development of real estate on an independent basis since 1979.

More recently the firm has helped numerous start ups and late stage companies develop and refine their business strategies and solutions, including securing and structuring specific private equity and debt capital from an array of long established investor resources.
