Jocelyne Eberstein is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Doctor of Oriental Medicine. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Nuclear Medicine Technology, Jocelyne began her medical career as a nuclear medicine technologist at the University of San Diego Hospital. Four years later, she became Chief Technologist at Palomar Hospital in Escondido, and then moved in the same capacity to Cedars Sinai in 1979. The low levels of radiation Jocelyne had been exposed to during this time presented an obstacle when she decided to start a family. It wasn’t until a cardiologist at Cedar Sinai proposed the idea of Traditional Chinese medicine to help with infertility that she began to explore alternative medicine. “It might help and it cant hurt,” were his words, and so began Jocelyne’s journey into natural medicine.
