  • structuring the acquisition from a major bank in the successful workout of a $100mm pool of residential mortgages in a joint venture with a major top tier hedge fund;
  • negotiated the restructuring of $32.5mm of debt from a consortium of top tier banks, that led to the deeply discounted acquisition of a major Santa Barbara, CA commercial property.

More recently, the firm has helped numerous start ups and late stage companies develop and refine their business strategies and solutions, including securing and structuring specific private equity and debt capital from an array of long established investor resources.
